Existing Customer - 3D Printing Waste Recycling

Thank you for choosing Filamentive as your trusted supplier for quality 3D printing materials. As part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, we are excited to introduce our PLA 3D Printing Waste Recycling Initiative!

To participate in this initiative, please fill out the following form if you meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a free PLA waste recycling box (worth £50) for every £500 ex. VAT spent with Filamentive.

Eligibility Criteria:

• You must be an existing Filamentive customer.
• Your total spend with Filamentive must be ≥£500 (ex. VAT) on eligible products
• Only valid for purchases during the period 1st January 2024 onwards.
• You are recycling PLA 3D printer filament waste ONLY.
• Stipulated order number(s) have not been submitted for a separate waste return

Upon completion of this form and verification of your eligibility, we will send you further instructions on how to receive your free waste recycling box. Please allow up to 7 working days for this.
