  • Order number
  • Batch number(s) of the spool(s) – you will find this on either the box or spool label
  • Printer & slicer used
  • Print settings (e.g. extrusion temperature, extrusion multiplier, retraction etc.)
  • Detailed description of the problem(s) + image(s) / video(s) if possible

You should receive a response within two working days. The vast majority of product problems can be resolved via troubleshooting.

In the unlikely event troubleshooting does not resolve the issue(s), we require the defective product(s) to be returned to us to process the either refund or exchange – via either:

  • Self-return – you send to us via your chosen method.
  • We collect from you – we will arrange for Parcelforce to collect from your address
