Delivery Policy

We offer, UK, European and International delivery options! We aim to dispatch the same day when orders are received by 1pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Orders received over a weekend will be dispatched by the following Monday (exc. Bank Holidays). Delivery is free for all UK orders. Delivery charges for customers ordered outside the UK will be displayed before checkout.


Royal Mail

For domestic UK orders up to 2 kg we use Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel. This is an untracked service with a delivery time of 2-3 working days, including Saturdays. However, due to COVID-related delays, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before reporting your parcel as missing. Next Working Day (Mon-Fri) delivery is an optional extra and the cost this service will be displayed at checkout.


For orders > 2KG, we use Parcelforce – a tracked service with a next working day delivery service (Mon-Fri). If a mobile number is provided you can also receive text updates. Further delivery options – such as Guaranteed Morning and Saturday delivery are available at an added cost and will be displayed on checkout when applicable. Please note, orders MUST be placed by 1pm for same day dispatch (Mon-Fri). 

Parcelforce late deliveries

In the unlikely event of a failed/late delivery from Parcelforce, please contact us immediately so we can investigate this for you. If you have paid an additional fee to upgrade your delivery service (AM, Saturday, etc.) and there is a failed delivery, this must be fully investigated before we can provide any refunds for the cost of shipping.

Please see the following statement from Parcelforce regarding delivery times: “We deliver Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm and Saturday 7am to 2pm. We currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. We will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.” (

Click & Collect (UK)

Click and collect orders are available for next working day collection from 10am – 3pm (Monday-Friday). Orders can only be collected same-day if the order has been placed before 12pm (Noon).

PLEASE NOTE: Click and collect is a service available ONLY for orders placed through our website, with the ‘click & collect’ option chosen at checkout. We are not a shop; we do not sell goods on-site as we have no means for taking payment. You will be asked to check your goods and sign-off on them, meaning you accept that the goods are correct at the time of collection.


For European orders up to 2 kg, we use Royal Mail International Standard. This is an untracked service with a 3-5 working day delivery time. For orders above 2 kg we use FedEx – a fully tracked service with a proof of delivery system.

Following Brexit, goods exported to consumer customers in the EU will zero-rated for UK VAT as exports, but will be subject to import VAT on arrival in the EU member state. This may mean that the customer will need to make arrangements to pay the import VAT before they can take delivery of the goods. Filamentive Limited is not liable for any extra fees incurred during import.


We use a range of couriers for tracked international delivery, including Parcelforce, UPS, FedEx, DHL. Delivery will typically be made within 4-10 working days after dispatch, varying for different locations. We cannot guarantee full tracking throughout depending on your country/state/province.


Local taxes / fees / import duties may apply in your country upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office. Filamentive Limited is not liable for any extra fees incurred during import.

Split Shipment

Multiple quantity orders are usually shipped together. In rare instances, one/some of your items may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will wait for the item/s to come back in stock so we can ship the order complete.  Please note a split shipment may incur extra shipping costs, which you will be liable for. If you get a backorder notification and would prefer a split-shipment, please get in-touch and we can find a compromise.
