Filamentive Delivery Policy for 3D Printing Filament Orders

We offer, UK, European and International delivery options! We aim to dispatch same day when orders are received by 2pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Orders received over a weekend will be dispatched by the following Monday (exc. Bank Holidays). Delivery is free for all UK orders. Delivery charges for customers ordered outside the UK will be displayed before checkout. Please contact us for a bespoke quote if shipping costs are not displayed to you at checkout.
UK Deliveries
Royal Mail Tracked 24®
For UK orders up to 2 kg we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24® – a tracked service with a next working day delivery aim (Mon-Fri). Please note, whilst next day delivery is the aim, this cannot be guaranteed.
DPD
For UK orders >2 kg we offer DPD Next Day – a tracked service with a next working day delivery aim (Mon-Fri). If a mobile number is provided you can also receive text updates. Please note, whilst next day delivery is the aim, this cannot be guaranteed.
Pallet Deliveries
If you order is of sufficient size, we may palletise for delivery instead of send as parcels (with DPD). The is to ensure safe and cost-effective transport. Should we go with this shipment method, we will contact you within 24 hours of ordering. Please allow an added 1-2 business days for pallet deliveries.
International Deliveries
We use a range of couriers for tracked international delivery, including Parcelforce, UPS, FedEx, DHL. Delivery will typically be made within 4-10 working days after dispatch, varying for different locations. We cannot guarantee full tracking throughout depending on your country/state/province.
Taxes
Our default shipment terms are Delivery at Place. Local taxes / fees / import duties may apply in your country upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office. Filamentive Limited is not liable for any extra fees incurred during import.
Split Shipment
Multiple quantity orders are usually shipped together. In rare instances, one/some of your items may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will wait for the item/s to come back in stock so we can ship the order complete. Please note a split shipment may incur extra shipping costs, which you will be liable for. If you get a backorder notification and would prefer a split-shipment, please get in-touch and we can find a compromise.
