We offer, UK, European and International delivery options! We aim to dispatch the same day when orders are received by 11:30 am – however, please allow up 48 hours. Orders received over a weekend will be dispatched by the following Tuesday. Delivery is free for all UK orders. Delivery charges for customers ordered outside the UK will be displayed before checkout.
For domestic UK orders up to 2KG we use Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel. This is an untracked service with a delivery time of 2-3 working days, including Saturdays. Next Day delivery is an optional extra and the cost this service will be displayed at checkout. For orders > 2KG, we use Parcelforce – a tracked service with a next day delivery service. If a mobile number is provided you can also receive text updates. Further delivery options – such as morning and Saturday are available at an added cost and will be displayed on checkout.
For European orders up to 2KG, we use Royal Mail International Standard. This is an untracked service with a 3-5 working day delivery time. For orders above 2KG we use Parcelforce – a fully tracked 2-5 day service with a proof of delivery system.
We use a range of couriers for tracked international delivery, including UPS, Direct Entry, Asendia and Impact Express. Delivery will typically be made within 4-10 working days after dispatch, varying for different locations. We cannot guarantee full tracking throughout depending on your country/state/province.
Transactions outside the EU will have VAT removed automatically. Local taxes/fees may apply in your country upon delivery, please check with your local customs office. Filamentive is not liable for any extra fees incurred. If you are an EU VAT registered business outside the UK, then you qualify for VAT-free checkout via the reverse charge mechanism – please enter your VAT number during the checkout process.
Multiple quantity orders are usually shipped together. In rare instances, one/some of your items may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you asking if you prefer to wait for the item/s to come back in stock so we can ship the order complete, or alternatively, do a split shipment. Please note a split shipment may incur extra shipping costs, which you will be liable for.
