To best serve the growing network of Filamentive users, we will be externalising logistics – optimising operations by choosing a specialist partner to handle warehousing and order fulfilment.
Orders received from 12am on Monday 20 June 2022 will be received, processed and fulfilled by our new 3PL partner.
Dispatch & Delivery
Whilst our 3PL partner commits to same day dispatch for all orders before 2pm, please be aware that there is a small risk of issues arising in the short-term whilst both parties become accustomed to new systems.
As such Same Day dispatch / Next Day Delivery is suspended until 31 July. Please account for a delay of up to two business days.
Our 3PL partner will be using DPD for next day (UK mainland) delivery, an eco-conscious courier who commit to make every parcel they deliver carbon neutral
As we will hold a portion of inventory in our own warehouse, there is the possibility of dual fulfilment (Split shipments). Please be aware that your orders – at least in the interim – may arrive in separate boxes, from different couriers, and potentially, not on the same day.
As our inventory is currently split between our warehouse and our 3PL partner, there may be short-term disruption to stock availability for certain products.
Because of the ongoing operational improvements, we have deliberately delayed stock replenishment until at least w/c 4 July to ensure the transition is as efficient as possible.
Please be aware that our stockists Farnell and 3DGBIRE have additional stock and if we don’t have something in-stock, it will worth checking with them directly

We have recently installed a website plugin which enables you to enter your email address to be immediately alerted once that particular product is replenished – to activate this, please select your chosen product and then enter your credentials as instructed
Relatively slow-selling SKUs will be permanently discontinued – please see this link for a list of affected products.
As I’m sure you can appreciate – in addition to fulfilling orders and providing customer service – our team is also investing considerable time into managing the transition process. As such, we strongly advise email contact over phone calls in order to ensure we can respond in a timely manner to all inbound queries.
