Carbon fibre PETg – also known as CF-PETg or PETG-CF – is a high-strength, high-performance 3D printing filament combining the ease of PETg with the stiffness of carbon fibre. Made from 100% recycled material, this composite filament offers excellent dimensional stability, reduced layer visibility, and a matte black finish. Ideal for jigs, fixtures, and functional parts.
Note: a hardened or steel nozzle is recommended due to potential abrasiveness.

Carbon Fibre filament from Filamentive is a PETg-based composite filament containing 15% carbon fibre powder.
Carbon fibre filament enables 3D printing users to create parts which are extremely stiff and impact resistant, yet lightweight – this makes carbon fibre filament ideal for functional prototypes and end-use parts.
Carbon filament filament is stronger than PLA, ABS and PETg filament – offering a Tensile (E) Modulus of 3800 MPa. This high tensile stress rating makes it ideal for load-bearing applications.
Carbon fibre filament (CF-PETg) should be 3D printed at a temperature of 240±15°C, with a bed temperature of ≤70°C. Fan should be off/low and recommended flow rate is 105%.
Due to the inherent abrasiveness of carbon fibre filament, a hardened steel nozzle of at least 0.5mm diameter is recommended to
Rated as five stars by 3D printing users, Filamentive CF-PETg is the best carbon fibre filament when looking for an extremely still material with aesthetical properties.
Some customers ask if carbon fibre filament is dangerous in any way; if using Filamentive CF-PETg, the answer is no because the material is RoHS and REACH certified which guarantees there is no presence of harmful substances which may be toxic.
